In recent years, Filmkraft Rogaland has operated with more application deadlines than any other film center in Norway. However, we have found that the application rounds are very uneven and that this does not always benefit the best projects. The board has therefore decided to reduce the number of application deadlines and board meetings from six in 2020 to four. We are now switching to two in the spring and two in the fall. We are also extending our case processing time by two weeks, in order to be able to offer closer follow-up from our production advisor Marie Fuglestein Lægreid. Applications of up to NOK 100,000 will be processed continuously as before.
