Sexual harassment policy

HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED MISCONDUCT IN THE FILM INDUSTRY OR IN CULTURAL LIFE?

On a general basis, we recommend that you contact the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Ombudsman (LDO) for advice related to experiences and handling of harassment and discrimination. LDO provides personal and non-binding guidance by phone 23 15 73 00 or post@ldo.no

#settestrek is a campaign organized by LDO, where employers can find more information about how to respond to reports of sexual harassment in the workplace. Employers can read more about the topic here.

Balansekunst also has a free low-threshold service in the form of a non-binding helpline for those who have been subjected to, or witnessed, sexual harassment in cultural life, see more information about it here / tel: 940 87 929

Filmkraft has zero tolerance for sexual harassment. Sexual harassment means any form of unwanted sexual attention that has the purpose or effect of being offensive, intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or disturbing, cf. section 13, third paragraph of the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act.
